Abstract

In this research paper the importance of logistics processes is shown, such as procurement, warehousing and transort and their application in enterprise „Hutchinson“. Some of the setbacks have been noticed and the appropriate measures for improvement have been proposed. Potential improvements have been seen through: warehouse management through marking of storage locations and transportation roads, new employee in warehouse, correct choose of suppliers and marking of boxses.
