In first part мaster thesis describes the S-LCA method. S-LCA method is compared with the conventional LCA, and afterwards the shortcomings and needs for refinement of the S-LCA method are presented. The WE-LCA method was used for the calculation. WE-LCA method enables calculation of the impact of human activities on workers safety and health, where impact is expressed in the number of potential hazards. WE-LCA method was applied on an example where bicycle production process was analised. Based on the obtained results and discussion, it was concluded that bicycle production activities have the most significant effect on „other injuries”, with an magnitude of impact that is noticeably larger than in other impact categories. In the category of „other injuries”, product assembly is the activity with the greatest effect on injuries.
