MILLING MACHINING SUPPORTED BY ULTRASONIC
Fakultet tehničkih nauka, Departman za proizvodno mašinstvo
Abstract
The combination of conventional milling and ultrasonic machining, more precisely ultrasonic vibrations, resulted in a hybrid machining technology called ultrasonic assisted milling. In addition to the description of each technology, this paper is accompanied by a series of experiments comparing the output characteristics obtained by conventional milling and ultrasonic assisted milling.
