This paper provides research of constructional biology - method analysis of human safety. The first chapter of the study (introduction) presents the objects and aim of the study. The second chapter contains the importance of construction and urbanism in environmental engineering. In the third part, the harmfulness of some building materials on human health is analyzed. The fourth chapter consists of health effects, symptoms, treatments, the effect on humans, and conclusion, and the literature references.
