Abstract

The notion of stress in the place of work can be defined as a series of adverse physiological, psychological and behavioral responses to an individual in which the demands of the job are not following his / her abilities, capabilities and needs. The analysis is based on determining the level of stress in employees, then examining its impact on employee productivity and career. Productivity refers to the way an employee performs day-to-day work tasks, while a career refers to the entire unit's business operations. The author of this paper intends to determine the correlation between these terms. The study aims to determine whether and how stress affects the productivity and career of employees?
