Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the importance of organizational learning as a motivation factor, and to what extent it affects the satisfaction of employees within organizations in the Republic of Serbia. In order to investigate how much this intangible form of motivation is valued and applied, the paper determines the level of employee motivation, job satisfaction, and how organizational learning affect employee satisfaction.
