MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEES IN THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
Abstract
The task of the paper is to show the factors of motivation for work in an educational institution.The resuls of the research showed a great dispersion of satisfaction and motivation to work in an educational institution.Based on the results of the research,measures have been proposed to increase job satisfaction of employees in education.
