Abstract

Throughout the paper, it is shown the way of relocation and reorganization of the workplaces as well as the preparation and implementation of new floors within the main administration building, in order to facilitate the work of teams working to improve IT systems and digitalization, which is implemented through the Program and work of over 200 employees and more 10 different teams. The aim of the research is to show the purpose of Project Management in projects implemented within the financial institution where the cause of the problem is the lack of a sufficiently large administrative building that would include all Units in one place in terms of business needs, capacity and space. As a further consequence, there is distance and poor teamwork, insufficient space for work and accessibility of members. Project management and project initiation helps in the realization of this idea and problem solving. The project methodology will help to give results that will be used later through regular work. The focus is on planning and presenting certain processes and activities, except for budget, costs, quality and procurement detailed process.
