DEVELOPMENT OF AN APPLICATION FOR ELECTRICITY MANAGEMENT WITHIN THE CLOUD ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
EMS (Energy Management System) monitors electricity consumption in real time and strives to satisfy the equality between consumed and produced electricity, using an optimization genetic agorithm. The system environment is Cloud using the Azure Service Fabric platform. The paper measures the execution times of the genetic algorithm for a different numbers of clients, for the architecture of microservices in the Cloud environment and the monolithic application.
