Abstract

This paper will provide an overview of the importance of applying the Lean methodology as well as its impact on product quality. A set of Lean tools used in today’s industry will be shown as well as the importance these tools give to the company. Also, the table will explain the impact of Lean tools such as: Poka-yoke, Kaizen, 5S, Visual Control, on the quality of the product, which will give importance to the necessity of using these tools in the manufacturing industry.
