EXPERIMENTAL MODEL OF GEOSENSOR NETWORK BASED ON RASPBERRY PI PLATFORM FOR VINEYARD MONITORING
Abstract
The paper describes the importance of using sensors in measuring devices through the example of precision viticulture. Also, a model implemented on the Raspberry Pi platform with the aim of providing data measurements from the vineyard is described. The values of temperature and air humidity, soil humidity and precipitation were measured. The system is implemented within the Python programming environment. DHT11 is a sensor for measuring air parameters, HW-080 sensor is in charge of reading soil moisture, while FC-37 is a rain sensor.
