THE INTERCONNECTION BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND JOB SATISFACTION IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

In this paper, a research has been conducted in order to examine how certain aspects of work influence job satisfaction of employees in educational institutions. Moreover, the research was intended to examine the factors that determine the existing organizational culture in educational institutions. The relations that exist between certain factors of job satisfaction and types of organizational cultures have been investigated and described. Finally, suggestions for their improvement have been offered.
