This paper analyse the implementation of Leader Standard Work (LSW) standard in the automotive industry with the aim of improving efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing quality, influencing organizational culture, and identifying best practices to strengthen the competitive position, using the Lean concept as the foundation to achieve these goals.
