Abstract

The topic of the paper is the analysis of the financial and economic feasibility of the realization of a residential and commercial building (Basement+Ground Floor+3+Attic) in Novi Sad. The investment program of that object was created and through it the market value, production value, justification and sensitivity of the investment in question in the conditions of various disturbances in the market were considered. Also, the work includes the analysis of the sales and procurement market, as well as the procedure itself for obtaining complete conditional and project documentation, which to the most significant extent defines and determines the appearance, functionality and structure of the future object.
