The subject of research in this paper is the analysis of the influence of internal and external factors of motivation on job satisfaction. In addition, the importance of motivation and the role of motivation in the business environment, as well as the theory of motivation, is presented. A significant part of the work is devoted to leadership styles and their importance and impact on employees and motivation. It has been defined what job satisfaction is and what are the factors that have an impact on job satisfaction.
