Abstract

In this paper, the efficiency of teamwork has been thoroughly analyzed across eight dimensions. In today's demanding business environment, competition poses a significant threat to every organization. Therefore, preserving highly qualified and engaged employees capable of achieving exceptional results is imperative for every company. However, employee effectiveness is crucial in achieving set goals, increasing productivity, and fostering innovation within the organization. In order to better understand the factors influencing the effectiveness of teamwork, a survey was conducted within a domestic IT company. The purpose of this research was to clarify aspects such as the purpose and goals, team member roles, team processes, intergroup relations, problem-solving, passion and dedication, as well as the skills and learning of employees. The results of this research were systematically analyzed and graphically presented. Such an analysis has contributed to the development of strategies and practices aimed at enhancing team performance, which, in turn, will contribute to achieving successful business results and sustainable company growth.
