LEADERSHIP EFFECT ON MOTIVATION OF THE EMPLOYEES AT PUBLIC UTILITY COMPANY PARKING SERVICE

The problem of research in this paper is related to the Impact of Leadership on Motivation of Employees in Public Utility Service "Parking Service". The survey was conducted on a sample of 60 employees from different sectors in the Public Utility Company "Parking Service." During the research, a leader questionnaire and an MLQ questionnaire will be used (intended for employees in order to evaluate their superiors). The survey was conducted with the method of personal interviewing.The survey was conducted with the method of personal interviewing. The survey questionnaire for leaders contains 20 statements with which the respondents can agree or not, and the second questionnaire consists of 45 questions in which answers are arranged on a five-step scale of Likert type.
