Abstract

This paper focuses on analyzing the role of automated PCR systems in the diagnosis of hepatitis C virus (HCV) in clinical laboratories. We will explore the basic principles of PCR methodology, the steps involved in sample preparation, and the advantages that automated systems bring to diagnostic procedures. Additionally, the results of patient sample analyses will be presented, along with a discussion on potential strategies for improving diagnostic practices. The aim of this work is to contribute to a better understanding and application of modern technologies in HCV diagnostics.
