Abstract

This paper shows the dithering effect's influence on a scene created on the principle of an escape room. It describes the process of creating a dithering shader and user interaction via triggers and menus. The theoretical section explains dithering methods and types of noise, while the practical section demonstrates implementation in an interactive game made in Unreal Engine.
