Stress has become a normal part of everyday life, but if you overcome the resources and capacities of people who are to fight against it or find a way to overcome it, it can have serious consequences that lead to various psycho-somatic disorders. In the field of professional life, apart from the consequences at the individual level, it also has negative effects on the attitude towards the quality of work performance.
