Abstract

The subject of research in this paper is the leadership in the knowledge economy. The research problem is to examine the collaborative climate in AD Dijamant Zrenjanin. The aim of the research is to assess the collaborative climate and examine the effects of gender, education, age and work experience on the collaborative climate process. The aim of this paper is to determine the correlation between the performance of the organization and collaborative climate. The research was conducted on a sample of 54 respondents from different sectors. In terms of socio-demographic variables it covers gender, age, position in the organization, level of education and work experience. The standardized questionnaire Collaborative climate was used in this paper. The questionnaire contains 22 questions Likert type and 7 questions of demographic characteristics.
