The work presents a short description of the conceptual solution and implementation of a system, which, as a service of electronic government, should ensure automation of business processes within the section of physico-technical security of regional police offices. It comprises the technologies that have been used in the development of the system, as well as the functionalities that are at the disposal to the users. Besides, it proposes the possibilities of upgrading the application, with the aim of improving its efficiency and user's experience.
