We are witnessing the rapid progress of technology, which inevitably brings changes, not only in our daily life activities, but also in the way of doing business, and thus in marketing as an inseparable component of every business and organization. The term digital marketing encompasses all marketing efforts that are invested using electronic devices or the internet. The paper will present the factors that affect the improvement of business by applying the methods and techniques of this type of marketing.
