Abstract

The purpose of this paper is the research of the entire process of creating and building real estate. The paper contains an analysis of all phases which form the mentioned process – legal, urbanistic and cons­tructing phase. Concretization of analyzed principles has been made on the basis of companies Galens and Galens Invest, which are leaders among real estate investors in Serbia.
