Abstract

This paper presents problems in the organization of JP PTT that cause conflicts. The ways in which conflicts in the organization are overcome are explained through the way in which they arose. Based on the results of the analysis of the research conducted, some of the set hypotheses were accepted as correct, and others were rejected as incorrect. The aim of the work is the research of conflicts in the organization and its reflection in the daily work on the very efficiency of the employees.
