Ovaj rad istražuje razvoj i primenu poluautomatizovanog procesa za integraciju Point Cloud podataka u BIM modele, koristeći osnovne funkcije softvera Revit i dodatak Dynamo, uz podršku besplatnih ekstenzija. U okviru istraživanja analizirane su tehničke prednosti ovog pristupa, kao i njegov uticaj na poboljšanje preciznosti i efikasnosti u procesima projektovanja i izgradnje. Pored toga, izrađeni su i testirani algoritmi za modelovanje pravih zidova, čime je dodatno potvrđena funkcionalnost predloženog sistema.
