Abstract

This paper explores the development and application of a semi-automated process for integrating Point Cloud data into BIM models, using the core functions of Revit software and the Dynamo plugin, with the support of free extensions. The research analyzes the technical advantages of this approach, as well as its impact on improving accuracy and efficiency in design and construction processes. Additionally, algorithms for modeling straight and curved walls were developed and tested, further confirming the functionality of the proposed system.
