Apstrakt

Ovaj rad prezentuje primenu metodologije za upravljanje poslovnim procesima kroz analizu i modelovanje procesa prerade i pakovanja paprike primenom BPMN koncepata. Primenom automatizacije procesa putem softverskih robota, veštačke inteligencije i savremenih tehnologija fokus se stavlja na modernizaciju i unapređenje postojećih procesa.
