Abstract

This paper presents the application of the Business Process Management methodology through analysis and modeling of the pepper processing and packaging process, by using BPMN concepts. By implementing robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, and modern technologies, the focus is placed on the modernization and improvement of existing processes.
