Rad analizira uticaj hibridnog rada na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, produktivnost i organizacione kapacitete, sa fokusom na fleksibilnost, profesionalni razvoj i podršku menadžmenta. Rezultati pokazuju pozitivan uticaj hibridnog modela na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, uz određene izazove u komunikaciji i osećaju povezanosti.
