ANALIZA PROBLEMA U LANCIMA SNABDEVANJA U USLOVIMA VANREDNIH SITUACIJA

Ovaj rad analizira probleme i rizike koji nastaju u lancima snabdevanja usled vanrednih situacija, poput prirodnih katastrofa i globalnih kriza. Takođe, istražuje strategije za poboljšanje otpornosti i efikasnosti u takvim uslovima, sa fokusom na bilateralne lance snabdevanja i centralizovane zalihe. Rad uključuje analizu SCOR i GSCF modela kao alata za upravljanje performansama.
