Abstract

This paper analyzes problems and risks arising in supply chains due to emergency situations such as natural disasters and global crises. It also explores strategies for improving resilience and efficiency under these conditions, focusing on bilateral supply chains and centralized inventories. The paper includes an analysis of SCOR and GSCF models as tools for managing performance.
