Apstrakt

U okviru ovog master rada, pored teorijskih osnova iz oblasti upravljanja projektima i upravljanja interesnim grupama na projektu, u praktičnom delu rada identifikovane su, kategorizovane i predstavljene detaljne strategije komunikacije sa interesnim grupama. Kroz analizu slučaja „Kejptaun – sistem integrisanog brzog tranzita“, rad istražuje ključne interese i moć različitih interesnih grupa, koristeći matricu interesa i moći za njihovu klasifikaciju. Takođe, identifikovani su potencijalni izazovi i problemi u upravljanju interesnim grupama, kao i predlozi za njihovo prevazilaženje. Ovaj rad se oslanja na relevantne teorijske studije, kako bi pružio dublji uvid u značaj upravljanja interesnim grupama u uspešnom vođenju projekata.
