Abstract

In this master's thesis, in addition to the theoretical foundations of project management and stakeholder management in projects, the practical part of the work identifies, categorizes, and presents detailed communication strategies with stakeholders. Through the case study of "Cape Town – Integrated Rapid Transit System," the thesis explores the key interests and power of various stakeholders, using the interest/power matrix for their classification. Also, potential challenges and issues in stakeholder management are identified, along with proposals for overcoming them. This thesis relies on relevant theoretical studies to provide a deeper insight into the importance of stakeholder management in successful project execution.
