KONTINUIRANO UNAPREĐENJE U DIGITALNOM DOBU: USVAJANJE LEAN SIX SIGMA METODOLOGIJE U USLOVIMA RADA NA DALJINU

Ovaj rad analizira primenu Lean Six Sigma (LSS) metodologije u visoko digitalizovanim radnim okruženjima, sa posebnim fokusom na rad na daljinu. Istražuje kako totalna kontrola kvaliteta (TQM) i upravljanje ljudskim resursima (HRM) utiču na motivaciju zaposlenih za usvajanje LSS inicijativa. Rad koristi kvantitativnu metodu analize kako bi identifikovao ključne faktore uspeha LSS-a u digitalizovanim uslovima, ističući praktične preporuke za adaptaciju LSS strategija digitalnoj radnoj snazi. Rezultati ukazuju na značajnu ulogu menadžmenta i izazove u primeni HRM praksi u kontekstu rada na daljinu.
