Rad istražuje primenu standarda ISO 45001 na primeru kompanije niskogradnje, sa glavnim fokusom na osnovne zahteve standarda uključujući angažovanje rukovodstva, analizu konteksta organizacije, identifikaciju zainteresovanih strana, definisanje politike bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu, kao i identifikaciju opasnosti, ocenjivanje rizika i prilika, obuku zaposlenih, interne provere i preispitivanje od strane rukovodstva. Posebna pažnja posvećena je specifičnim opasnostima i štetnostima u građevinskoj industriji, odnosno niskogradnji, kao što su rad sa teškom mehanizacijom, izloženost prašini, buci i opasnim materijalima. U radu je prikazana metoda za identifikaciju i ocenu rizika u ovom sektoru. Takođe, za sveobuhvatno razumevanje konteksta organizacije korišćene su SWOT i PESTEL analiza .
