Abstract

The subject of this thesis is to make a comparative analysis of the organizational processes in “BB Minaqua” and JKP “Vodovod i kanalizacija”, as well as the functionality of the organizational structure. This paper presents the theoretical basis in the field of company organization. On the basis of the results of the research in two companies, proposals for measures to improve the process of organizing the company were given.
