MISTAKES IN WORK AS INDICATORS OF JOB SATISFACTION

This paper examines the errors that occur in work and job satisfaction that is present in the employees of the companies Tehnika MB DOO in Srbobran. The subject of the paper is employees of Tehnika MB DOO on various aspects of the job that are satisfying and looking at teaching the occurrence of errors and solving them. The aim of the research is to determine the degree of occurrence of errors at work, namely to act in situations where one occurrence, the presence of satisfied workers, and in the end, the errors with satisfaction at work were successful. The results of the research can contribute to improving employee satisfaction, but also to help the company better respond to errors that occur in the future.
