IMPROVING THE WAREHOUSE PROCESS IN THE ORGANISATION PROMIST LCC

Abstract

This paper investigates problems in the business in the organisaton "Promist doo.", in order to suggest measures for their reduction or prevention in relation to the given problems. The CAUSES - CONSEQUENCES diagram led to all the causes of a business problem. The biggest problem is  deficiency of warehouse, and the reason is the warehouse method. Further analysis suggested improvement measures.
