THE ANALYSIS OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES USE IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY

Abstract

The biggest changes in tourism are due to the emergence of modern information and communication technologies. Increased efficiency in tourism is conditioned by the development of new technologies. Also, new technical capabilities have led to the fragmentation and emergence of new media and thus provide hotels with a competitive market position. This research discusses the characteristics and performance of information and communication systems used in the hospitality industry. Also we want to examine the importance of internet marketing tools for content analysis on websites and social networks. The aim of the study is to see the benefits of information and communication systems used in the hotel industry. On the example of garni of Hotel 11tica DM from Novi Sad the results of ICT application are presented.
