IMPROVEMENT OF THE SELECTION PROCESS IN ORGANIZATION

The main objective of the research done in this paper is to establish the status and quality level of candidate experience through the selection process in our country (Republic of Serbia). The results of the researsh can appoint to needed improvements of the selection process in the organization and simultaniously impact the overall success of the organization. Based on the results analysis, it will be possible to come up with suggestions for measures for improvement, as recommendation for future improvement of candidate experience concept and selection process in the organization.
