Abstract

This paper presents the importance of quality for an organisation, its implementation, roles and functioning, as well as the benefits it brings with. The term TQM and its significance for the organization and the consumers is also explained in this paper. It was explained what the International Standards Organization is. What standards SET and what their benefits are. Also, a self-assessment tool with benefits for organization was presented as well. The paper emphasizes the process of evaluating the BSC Center system, a certain level of organisation maturity and the stated improvement actions, with an estimated time for their implementation.
