Abstract

The aim of this paper is to determine the importance and impact of country’s innovations system and city’s start-up ecosystem on development of the business incubator through a case study in which innovation measuring tools, market condition analyses and benchmarking analysis have been applied. The study was conducted on two business incubators settled in Republic of Serbia, apropos Italian Republic.
