Abstract

Throughout the paper, critical success factors on agile projects are outlined. A review of the literature on agile projects and critical factors revealed a number of factors related to the success of agile projects. The goal of the research was to identify the factors that lead to success in order to give managers a set of parameters to measure, manage and control software projects with precision.
