Abstract

This paper is about the architecture of measurement and information system in telemedicine. The first part of the paper is about the history of telemedicine. The second part is about the application of measurement and information system in telemedicine to already existing healthcare systems. The third part of the paper contains the architecture and testing of the measurement and information system in telemedicine. The final part of the paper is data and medical ethics, final considerations and a list of used literature.
