APPLICATION OF INDUSTRY 4.0 CONCEPTS IN REPUBLIC OF SERBIA
Abstract
The fourth industrial revolution marks a change in the industrial sector: everything is evolving from a pre-planned and sequential process into an organizational, self-organized logistics system. This paper will present a study of the current state of the Industry 4.0 concepts application in the Republic of Serbia. 12.6 percent of companies in the manufacturing sector have introduced industrial robot technologies, 31.6 percent have introduced computer-aided production planning and management technologies.
