ASSESSMENT, ENERGY RENEWAL AND REVITALIZATION OF THE MAIN BUILDING OF KOTEK’S MANSION IN FUTOG
Abstract
This work consists of two independent parts. The first part is theoretical & research part related to „Windows“, in which the forms of windows are described in detail as well as their importance in thermal and sound insulation. The second part consists of visual macroscopic assessment of condition of the building in order to determine the type and extension of registered damages. Energy efficiency calculation was done for the object. Based on this calculation and visual inspection, the adequate measures for energy renewal and revitalization of this building are given.
