CONDITION ASSESSMENT, REPAIR OF ROOF STRUCTURE AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY RENEWAL OF A FAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

The topic of the paper is the apartment building in Ub. To determine the extent of damage and the type of repair work, a macroscopic inspection of the available elements was performed. Energy efficiency calculation was done for the facility. Based on this calculation and visual inspection of the structure, specific measures have been selected that increase the durability of the building, its energy efficiency, as well as its compliance with the Rulebook on energy efficiency and the Rulebook on technical requirements for fire safety of the exterior walls of buildings.
