Abstract

This paper consists of two independent parts. The first part is theoretical & research part related to „Mineral thermal insulation materials” where inorganic thermal insulation materials in the form of plates are described in detail. The second part consists of visual macroscopic assessment of condition of the building in order to determine the type and extension of registered damages. Energy efficiency calculation was done for the object. Based on this calculation and visual inspection, the adequate measures for energy renewal and revita­lization of this building are given.
