Abstract

Besides the review of the current literature on emotional intelligence and goal achieving, this paper will present the results of research in the enterprise, “Zavod za izgradnju grada” Novi Sad. The research results gave an idea of the possibilities for achieving the goals with the help of emotional intelligence and on that basis they gave adequate solutions for the improvement and advancement of human resourses management in this organization.
